How does the AI decide a score?
You write the criteria for each role — the experience, tools and background that matter. Every CV is read against that rubric and returns a score with a written justification you can check.
What happens to candidates I do not screen?
They stay on a waitlist, visible in your dashboard. Nothing is deleted, and you can screen any of them later for a single credit.
Do I need to install anything?
No. You post a job, share the application link, and everything runs in the browser. Candidates never need an account.
